The IWSC is the premier competition of its kind in the world. Its aim is to promote the quality and excellence of the world’s best wines, spirits and liqueurs. This standard is achieved through a rigorous two-stage judging process of professional blind tasting and detailed technical analysis. This year the competition successfully organized over 16 weeks of continual judging on four days of each week. It is this professional dedication and technical excellence that sets the IWSC apart from other competitions who judge thousands of entries in a matter of days.

 All our icewines are naturally produced and allowed to mature slowly over 2-3 years, are long on the palate and in great balance. Well-paired with foie gras and a variety of cheeses of strong character; also served with desserts less sweet than the icewine. But, - best appreciated on its own.
